Our Founders

Shwe Yu Kyaw (PE/BS)

Chairman

U Shwe Yu Kyaw, PE has worked as an engineer professionally for over 40 years. The chief founder of Winter ACMV, his engineering and leadership experience is extensively utilized as the company’s Chairman and he is directly involved as an engineer and project manager in all engineering projects. Prior to establishing Winter ACMV, U Shwe Yu Kyaw was a senior engineer at Myanmar’s Public Works Administration and retired as a Superintendent Engineer (SE).

Tin Oo (PE/BS)

Director

U Tin Oo, PE brings over twenty-four years of work experience to Winter ACMV. His diverse experience as an assistant engineer (AE) in Myanmar’s Public Works Administration is invaluable to all of Winter’s projects, and he has successfully worked on many major development projects concerning hospitals, universities, and national museums.

Sa Pwa Khi (RSE/BS)

Managing Director

For more than 37 years, U Sa Pwa Khi has been involved in various projects involving both electrical power and ACMV services. During his time in Myanmar’s Public Works Administration from 1981 to 1994, he has worked on projects ranging from repairing refrigerators and window-type air conditioners to installation of the central cooling and ventilations systems (such as duct lines, air handling units, and chilled water pumps) in Myanmar’s former Parliament building. During his time at Winter ACMV, he has been involved as both a site engineer and senior engineer, working extensively on all installation projects
